Our 2060 Synchronous conveyors index or move continuously at a speed based on station cycle times. We’ve taken everything you love about our 2060 Non-Synchronous conveyors and converted it into synchronous motion. Features include screw shedding, maintenance-free chain, chain cleaners, and more.
Through the addition of a traction strip, the double speed feature of the chain is eliminated. As the pallet transitions onto the Synchronous conveyor, its speed slows down allowing it to move at a pace suitable for an operator to work on the product while it is in continuous motion. Pallets transition seamlessly between our Non-synchronous and Synchronous conveyors allowing them to work together to meet your unique production needs.
