Lift and Rotate units are utilized for both transitioning from one conveyor section to another and re-orienting the product for the next assembly process. These units are available with powered or manual rotate actuation. The rotational motion is accomplished through the use of an electric-driven gearmotor and the lifting action is powered by a pneumatic air spring. This configuration allows up to full 360-degree motion.
Our Lift and Rotate units are designed to be installed from the top of the conveyor without modification and typically go with the conveyor systems that handle between 0-2500 lbs of product. Tapered pins or rest pads are used to prevent slippage during the rotating process. Standard applications for pallet sizes range from 12 to 96 inches, but can be customized for more robust needs.
