This longtime partner/client needed assistance providing additional buffer between their offload robot and the end of the assembly line previously provided by Tekno. Tekno’s engineers worked hard to find a solution that fit into the their space and provided the necessary storage capacity. In this case we utilized our new heavy duty table top conveyor to storage lanes where completed product could be moved and held until the robot was ready to unload. Additionally Tekno’s engineers worked with the customer to provide back up solutions to this production critical area. These back up solutions ensured that if one piece of equipment was inoperable that the system could continue to function until it could be re-engaged. This gave them valuable peace of mind to run their production without fear of shutting their customer’s down.
